Create Production Order
Step 1: Basic Info
- Klik “Create Production Order”
- Input:
- Product to produce
- Quantity to produce
- Production date
- Expected completion date
- Location (default: Gudang Utama)
- Notes (optional)
Step 2: BOM Calculation
Sistem otomatis hitung kebutuhan bahan baku: Contoh untuk 100 jar Ayam Suwir Petir (150g):- Cabai merah: 5 kg
- Bawang merah: 2 kg
- Bawang putih: 1 kg
- Ayam suwir: 15 kg
- Minyak goreng: 3 liter
- Garam: 0.5 kg
- Gula: 0.3 kg
- Penyedap: 0.2 kg
Step 3: Raw Material Check
Sistem cek ketersediaan bahan baku:- Available stock per bahan
- Shortage alert jika kurang
- Suggestion untuk purchase order
Step 4: Start Production
- Klik “Start Production”
- Production timer mulai
- Raw material consumption tercatat
- Status: In Progress
Step 5: Production Complete
- Klik “Complete Production”
- Input actual output quantity
- QC inspection (optional)
- Finished goods masuk stok
- Status: Completed
