Klik "Create Production Order" 2. Input: * Product to produce * Quantity to produce * Production date * Expected completion date * Location (default: Gudang Utama) * Notes (optional) ### Step 2: BOM Calculation Sistem otomatis hitung kebutuhan bahan baku: Contoh untuk 100 jar Ayam Suwir Petir (150g): * Cabai merah: 5 kg * Bawang merah: 2 kg * Bawang putih: 1 kg * Ayam suwir: 15 kg * Minyak goreng: 3 liter * Garam: 0.5 kg * Gula: 0.3 kg * Penyedap: 0.2 kg ### Step 3: Raw Material Check Sistem cek ketersediaan bahan baku: * Available stock per bahan * Shortage alert jika kurang * Suggestion untuk purchase order ### Step 4: Start Production 1. Klik "Start Production" 2. Production timer mulai 3. Raw material consumption tercatat 4. Status: In Progress ### Step 5: Production Complete 1. Klik "Complete Production" 2. Input actual output quantity 3. QC inspection (optional) 4. Finished goods masuk stok 5.
